Terms and Conditions
This document constitutes an Agreement which contains the Terms and Conditions which will be applied and will be compulsory for all the customers / guests of Hotel Villa Beluno (hereinafter “the hotel”). Its reading and written acceptance are an essential requisite to be able to use the hotel website, as well as to be a guest of the hotel or customers at the restaurant. In case of doing so, the guest will be contracting with REFINERIA DE GRASAS SUDAMERICANA S.A., CUIT 30-67862269-5, with domicile on MAIPU 812 PB OF 18, CABA, CP 1006, ARGENTINA.
If the guest does not agree with all the provisions specified herein, he/she must not use the website offered by the Hotel nor its facilities.
Capacity to contract
Hotel guests must be any physical person, of age, able to contract in Argentina. The process of registration of guests data is free.
Physical persons who do not have that capacity, persons under age, legal persons whose agent does not have the legal capacity of acting in their behalf and/ or users previously registered who have been suspended temporarily or who have been finally disqualified to do so shall not be able to register and/ or be active on the hotel web page.
Guest Registration
In order to be able to use the hotel facilities, and as it was previously indicated, the guest must fill in a registration form which will be duly shown. Personal information must be exact, accurate and true ("Personal Data") and the guest is committed to update the Personal Data if it is necessary. The hotel must request additional information to confirm his/ her identity, but it is not responsible for the certainty of the Personal Data provided by the guest.
The hotel holds the right to suspend temporarily o definitely the accounts whose data could not be confirmed.
Consent
The guest gives his / her written consent as regards the personal data that gives to the hotel, understanding that they are necessary to fulfill its purpose. The Personal Data which are requested to validate his/her registration will be used by the hotel to keep an adequate communication between the guests and the hotel.
The guest's personal information is processed and stored on servers or magnetic media which have high safety standards and physical and technological protection. The hotel fulfills the standard of Protection of Personal Data of Act N° 25,326 and has its data base filed at the National Bureau of Personal Data Protection. Rejection or cancellation of User’s registration
The hotel holds the right to reject any request of booking or to cancel a booking previously accepted, without being obliged to communicate or explain its decision and without implying any right to compensation or redress.
System or Data Base Infringement
The guest understands that no action and/or use of device, software or any other media which tend to interfere in the hotel activities and operations of the website such as requests, offers, descriptions, accounts or data base is not allowed. If the guest commits any interference, attempt or infringing activity opposite the laws on copyright and/ or prohibitions stipulated herein, he / she will be liable for the legal actions and sanctions provided herein as well as the liability for the compensation of the damages caused.
Sanctions
The hotel may warn, suspend temporarily or disable the website access:
(a) If it is certain that the guest has infringed a law, or any of the stipulations herein and other policies of the hotel;
(b) if the guest incurs in any willful or fraudulent act or behavior, according to the hotel criteria;
(c) if the identity or any other information provided by the guest is wrong or not updated, if the hotel verifies that the guest uses another person’s identity in order to register an account.
Conditions of the hotel use
When the guest makes the check-in, he / she must show a valid identity card. Said duty comprises all guests.
Bookings of the rooms that are made via web must BE GUARANTEED WITH A CREDIT CARD and they must be confirmed by AN E-MAIL that the hotel personnel will carry out.
All those bookings that will not be used afterwards will equally debited from the corresponding credit card PURSUANT TO THE CANCELLATION POLICY ACCORDING TO THE BOOKING MODALITY.
The hotel accepts cash payments (ARGENTINE PESOS OR AMERICAN DOLLARS), valid debit and/ or credit cards, bank transfers and deposits.
The check-in time is at 4 p.m. and the check-out time is at 12 noon. The check-out after time has an additional charge. Please, consult it at the hotel reception.
Pets are not allowed at the hotel. Penalties will be imposed to the offenders of this rule.
Guests shall not be able to provoke to other guests or visitors or third parties, any trouble, disorder, vandalism, hostile behavior, unrest, misbehaviors or carry out any act which may affect the tranquility, silence, rest and privacy which guests expect to find during their stay at the hotel. Guests shall not be able to take from the hotel objects or assets which belong to it, either from the room or any other area, without a written consent from the hotel itself. Guests are not allowed to make violent acts, to exercise psychological or morale violence or any kind of harassment, make threats, either justified or unjustified ones, or carry out any act, exclamation or expression which may affect the honor, prestige or psychological and/ or physical integrity of any party of this Agreement or any hotel employee.
Guests must not come into the hotel with or consume inside cigarettes, cigars, forbidden alcoholic beverages or substances forbidden by the national or local legislation.
Guests must not come into the rooms with occasional escorts.
At every time every child must be under the custody of an adult responsible for him or her and the adult must show the family relationship he or she has with the child, the corresponding authorization or custody to be with the child, etc.
Guests shall not be able to execute, promote or incentive discriminative acts against other hotel guests, visitors or employees.
The general clothing rules apply for all visitors and/or guests: It is forbidden to go around the hotel bare-chested or wearing swimming suits, except within the specific places suitable for that.
Dress-codes shall be respected especially in certain hotel areas, such as: the Lobby Bar, Restaurants, or when special occasions or events at the hotel requires so.
Uso de las instalaciones: La utilización de todas las instalaciones del hotel deberá realizarse en forma adecuada al tipo de cosa o servicio de que se trate, y de acuerdo con las reglas específicas de su funcionamiento, observando las indicaciones que se le informen para cada sector o situación en particular.
Personal objects: the hotel has a safety box inside the room; it is not liable for eventual losses/ thefts/ etc.
Although smoking is not allowed inside the building, smokers shall be able to do so in the areas specifically designed such as outside the hotel.
Copyright. Trademarks.
The guest acknowledges that the hotel website, data base, network, files that may allow him / her have access and use his / her account, are the sole and exclusive property of the hotel and they are protected by the international laws and treaties on copyright, trademarks, patents and industrial designs. The improper use and the total or partial reproduction of said contents, trademarks and logos are forbidden, except if there is a written authorization made by the hotel.
Agreement Amendment
The hotel shall be able at any time to update this Agreement and it shall publish the new version thereof on its website. In the case that the guest does not agree with the update of the terms and conditions of the Agreement, we request the guest not to use the website any more. The guest shall be able to exercise the right mentioned on section 6 of Act No 25,326 subsection e) and request the hotel to cancel his / her registry data as user of the website. In order to do so, please consult the procedure to request the cancellation of your data by entering at administracion@villabeluno.com
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
This agreement is ruled on all its points by the enforceable law in the Argentine Republic. Any controversy derived from this Agreement, its existence, validity, interpretation, scope or fulfilment shall be submitted to the regular Commercial Courts of Justice of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
Domicile
The hotel domicile is set on Calle Maipu 812 PB oficina 18, CP: 1006, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina.
